The pillow is probably the most important thing in the bedroom, second to your partner, of course! Unfortunately, way too many people do not take enough time to choose the right pillow. In fact, people often seem to regard their pillow as something they inherited from their mother-in-law, not the individual choice it should be.

It also depends on whether you are male or female. A man sleeping on his side often requires a higher pillow than a woman sleeping on her side.
